Inspiring and potentially life-saving

Yesterday I discovered and watched (several times) two Youtube videos – each very inspiring in its own right.

The first video: ‘Frank Medrano – Superhuman Bodyweight Workout Domination’. All I can say is it looks to me that gravity doesn’t exist for this guy! Watch it. Tell me you don’t feel inspired. Tell me this video doesn’t make you wanna get off the couch and head for the nearest playground..

The second video: ‘The Workout The World Forgot’ By Erwan LeCorre of MovNat. In the context of human ability potential what Erwan LeCorre does in this video is not unthinkable – our bodies were designed to be used that way. But in the contest of contemporary western civilization and the challenges we have (or don’t have) in our every-day lives – it looks super-human.

Erwan LeCorre is one of a few who will survive – and possibly thrive – should the unsustainable way we live today get us sooner to where only the fittest will survive.

Watch the video. Are you ready to take care of yourself and your ‘litter’ should riots begin?

These are both ends of the physical ability spectrum, as I see it: One is an obese individual in an electric chair-cart (complimentary of the store) with a cart basket full of junk. The other is individuals of the physical ability of the level of Frank Medrano and Erwan LeCorre.

You and I can be anywhere in between. I know for myself which end of the spectrum I’m aiming at. You?
