ABDOMINAL FAT LOSS AND THE BIGGEST MISTAKE
ALMOST EVERYONE MAKES

I had a quick question to ask you:
Are you one of these people, who want to get rid
of the fat, covering their abs?
Chances are big you are. Where do I know?
First, I was one of these people in my early
years in bodybuilding. Second, it's my job
to provide guidance to people like you ;-)
HERE IS ANOTHER QUESTION FOR YOU:
If you are one of these people, what's your game
plan for loosing the fat from your mid section?
Will you increase the number of sit-ups?
Do hundreds of them.. Do them twice or three times
a day?
If that's what your approach would be, hang on
to your seat because... the answer is your
strategy is wrong!
I WAS RUNNING A LITTLE EXPERIMENT IN THE GYM
THE OTHER DAY
I wanted to know how many people will give
me the same answer...
I was amazed, but for some reason I wasn't
surprised...
90% of the possible resolutions were:
"I'll do tons of ab exercises"
Here is what I say: THIS IS THE WRONG ANSWER!
Then I thought I'd sit down and write an
article, in which I explain why this is the
wrong approach.
I explain:
* Why doing hundreds of sit-ups WON'T help
you loose fat from your mid section
* What types of exercises ABOLISH overall
subcutaneous AND abdominal fat
Having these answers will help you join the
smaller group of people, who know the truth
about training for abdominal definition.
Moreover, it will save you many hours of
needless efforts and A LOT OF FRUSTRATION!
